Our Process
Initial Assessment

System design
We'll sit together so we can understand everything you'd like to achieve. We'll discuss various options with you and explain the whole process.

Scheduling and quotation
Once we have your requirements, we'll put together your quotation that will include the proposed schedule.

Agreement and deposit
Once the full proposal has been agreed, we'll set a date for the works to start and get any DNO applications to manage export limitations in motion, ready for the installation. We will ask you to commit to a deposit.
Installation
01
Preliminary stage
Solar panel projects (PV and EESS) usually start with the scaffolding to give access for the array installation. Heat pump projects will sometimes need a little groundworks if piping is needed between the heat pump and the building, and to make a solid base for the pump itself.

In full swing
After the preliminary stage, we'll be in full swing installing solar array, the inverter that turns the power from the panels into useable electricity, and your battery system. And for heat pumps, the plumbing work will be done with the pump installed and powered up.

Making good
We'll make sure we leave your property in the same state as when we arrived, so all making good will be taken care of to give you peace of mind.
Commision and handover
01
Getting up and running
Once all your new equipment is in place we'll spend time commissioning the system and checking everything is working exactly as it should. We'll set up any control apps and make sure you have a full understanding of how the system works and how to make any adjustments required.

Handover documentation
We'll take you through various documentation so you understand how everything works together. If you're going to export electricity back to the grid, we will navigate that process for you with your regional supplier, to make it all as easy as possible.
03
Support after installation
Once we've completed the installation, we'll be on hand to help with any queries or adjustments with our friendly support.
